Uvision shows remote kamikaze drone launcher at AUSA
UVision displayed an eight-canister HERO 120 Multi-Canister Launcher at AUSA 2026, proposing remotely operated configurations for mobile, fixed and containerized deployment. The launcher connects with the company's CORTEX mission-management software to link sensors, operators and available loitering munitions across dispersed positions. HERO 120 combines target observation and strike capability with operator-controlled attack abort and re-engagement, supporting use against armored vehicles and other high-value targets. The new launcher display builds on existing US HERO 120 contracts and earlier maritime integration, but UVision did not identify a launch customer or announce a procurement specifically for the eight-round configuration.
