Nevesbu Unveils SIGMA 9113 Corvette Refurbishment Concept for Indonesia
Nevesbu presented a refurbishment concept for Indonesia's four SIGMA 9113 Diponegoro-class corvettes, concentrating extensive sensor, weapon, command and communications work into a three-month maintenance period. The plan is intended to coordinate with the TACTICOS combat-management and sensor modernization awarded to Thales and PT Len in 2022 while keeping structural changes and ship downtime under control. Indonesian representatives gave positive initial feedback, and Nevesbu's next step is a full-scale design; no refurbishment contract, budget or start date has been announced.
