Britain to double Sky Sabre systems as wider investment strengthens defence against air, drone and missile threats at home and overseas
The British government plans to double the number of Sky Sabre ground-based air-defense systems as part of wider investment in protection against aircraft, drones, and missiles. Sky Sabre combines the Common Anti-air Modular Missile with radar and command-and-control elements to provide mobile, medium-range defense for forces in Britain or on overseas deployments.
