CSG to invest €49.7 million in Tatra Defence expansion, adding 14,000 square metres of Czech military production capacity
CSG will invest about €49.7 million over three years to add 14,000 square metres of military-vehicle production capacity at Tatra Defence in Kopřivnice. A 5,500-square-metre welding hall is scheduled for trial operations in December 2026, with its administrative section following in April 2027; an 8,500-square-metre machining and painting facility is planned for early 2028. Spending also covers machine tools, measuring equipment and surface-treatment systems. Tatra Defence expects to add up to 300 employees by the end of 2026 and more than 100 in 2027 while supporting Pandur, TITUS and TADEAS programmes.
