UK And Dutch Partner On Next-Gen Amphibious Assault Ships
The UK and Netherlands are partnering on next-generation amphibious assault ships to replace Albion, Bulwark and Rotterdam-class vessels. Joint program aims for shared design and lifecycle savings. Ships will support Royal Marines and Dutch Marines combined operations. Selection of shipbuilders is pending.
