BOMA 2026: Stark plans to integrate Vanta-6 with Ukrainian interceptor UAVs
German defense company Stark plans to integrate an undisclosed number of Ukrainian interceptor UAVs with its Vanta-6 unmanned surface vessel through a joint venture with an unnamed Ukrainian partner. The Vanta-6 itself was tested with NATO maritime special operations forces during BOMA 2026 in Portugal, but Janes did not report that the interceptor-drone integration had already been demonstrated. The six-meter USV can navigate in GNSS-denied conditions, reach about 100 km/h, and travel roughly 1,600 km; it already has two launchers for Stark loitering munitions.
