Ukrainian company Rovertech is preparing to unveil the Zmiy unmanned ground vehicle integrated with the Tarantula counter-UAS system, according to Janes. The combination packages ground-based mobility with a dedicated drone detection and defeat capability on a single unmanned platform, intended for frontline counter-drone operations in the contested Ukrainian operational environment. The system represents Ukraine's continued rapid development of autonomous and remotely operated ground vehicles adapted specifically to counter the pervasive small UAS threat on the modern battlefield.
