Airbus lands 25 year French defence cybersecurity contract covering secure gateways from data centres to submarines and drones

Airbus Cybersecurity SAS won a 25-year French defense contract to design, develop, produce and support the PARACOM family of secure information-exchange gateways. The systems are intended to filter transfers between networks carrying different classification levels, from secret environments to unclassified services, while preserving controlled data flows across military organizations. Planned configurations range from data-center racks and deployable command posts to installations aboard surface ships, submarines, aircraft, helicopters, drones and armored vehicles, giving the French armed forces one common sovereign architecture for controlled cross-domain information sharing.
