Hermeus Scaling For National Security Missions With $350 Million Financing Round

Hypersonic aircraft developer Hermeus has raised $350 million in a new financing round to scale operations and accelerate development of its Mach 5-class aircraft platform for national security applications. Hermeus is developing a reusable turbine-based combined cycle (TBCC) propulsion system targeting speeds between Mach 4 and Mach 5 for ISR, strike, and rapid transport roles. The funding will support continued engine testing, vehicle integration, and government customer engagements.
