L3Harris says RASOR hybrid SATCOM reroutes U.S. military data around jamming and cyberattacks, targets NSA approval in early 2027

L3Harris says its Rapidly Adaptable Standards-compliant Open Radio, or RASOR, can automatically reroute classified military traffic across different satellite constellations, orbits, bands and waveforms when jamming or cyberattacks disrupt a path. The modular system uses an open architecture that can accept third-party hardware and software, and the company is also offering it for the Air Force’s command-and-control modernization under sustained attack. L3Harris expects to seek NSA Type 1 certification in early 2027, a prerequisite for protecting the most sensitive national-security communications.
