BOMA 2026: Kraken's K3 Scout USV integrated with Perennial Autonomy's Bumblebee V1 UAVs
Kraken integrated Perennial Autonomy's Bumblebee V1 aerial drones with the K3 Scout uncrewed surface vessel for demonstration at BOMA 2026. The combination allows the maritime platform to carry, launch and support small UAVs, extending surveillance beyond the USV's own sensor horizon for littoral awareness and reconnaissance. The integration demonstrates a multi-domain teaming configuration rather than an operational procurement or fleet deployment. K3 Scout is an 8.4-metre-class autonomous vessel with a reported payload capacity around 600 kilograms, while mission equipment can be changed for surveillance, protection, logistics or strike roles.
