Finland procures up to over 100 Patria TREMOS mortar systems
Finland is procuring more than 100 Patria TREMOS 120 mm mortar systems to strengthen mobile indirect fire for its land forces. TREMOS is a modular, vehicle-independent installation that can be integrated on wheeled or tracked platforms, allowing units to use a familiar mortar effect while improving deployment speed, crew protection and tactical mobility. The framework supports a substantial domestic production base and interoperability across future vehicle choices, but the public announcement does not fully define annual delivery lots, carrier allocation or complete program cost, which will emerge through implementation orders and integration decisions.
