Unnamed customer receives XTEND’s newest ground robot
XTEND has delivered its first XOS-powered AtlasROVER unmanned ground vehicle to an unidentified customer in the Asia-Pacific region, the first such deployment since acquiring Latvia-based Atlas earlier in 2026. Integrating the rover extends XTEND's common XOS software beyond aerial drones, allowing operators to use related controls and mission tools across different robotic platforms while keeping human authority over key decisions. XTEND says AtlasROVER can work in difficult environments and carry mission-specific payloads, but it disclosed neither the recipient, country, quantity, mission, price, delivery schedule, nor whether additional customers are evaluating the system.
